Description
Select a Technology Dynamism occurrence at work or at a hypothetical organization and apply as a solution (ROD) one or more of the organization learning theories covered in your readings and discussed in class. The paper must contain a section that describes the problem or opportunity presented by technology, a section that defines the organizational learning techniques you believe will allow the organization to respond, and the method you suggest on managing its implementation. Papers must contain a thesis/argument, discussion, and conclusion. Must be 6 pages double spaced not including reference page.
